Cancellation and Refund
At Mingout, we strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. We offer a variety of paid services in the form of virtual and in-person events. Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the service and event.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or cancellation policy as follows:
Cancellation by Mingout
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, without any claims or liability to pay finance charges or interest on the amount. We will refund the whole payment made by you in case of any cancellation by us.
Cancellation by User
If you wish to cancel your registration for a virtual/IRL event through our app/website, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to the event date.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
In the case of a successful cancellation, you will be refunded the full amount paid, minus any applicable bank charges.
If you wish to cancel a counselling session booked through our app/website, you must do so at least one week prior to the scheduled date.
You may request a refund within 30 days of cancelling the session.
If you cancel your subscription to Mingout Cohorts within 30 days of your purchase, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund, but you may continue to use the service until the end of your subscription period.

Refunds will be processed within 15 days of the request being received and approved.
