Do you live and breathe the startup culture? If yes, you would fit right in. Only someone with an experience of having built a tech product that solves problems in real time can deliver the requirements of this role with us.

 

We are looking for a very special person - one who will be among the founders to help us effectively execute our mission. By being a part of the core team, strategy and direction would be your most important functions. You will be required to innovate and execute.

 

This role doesn't come with a defined set of responsibilities but the possibilities are infinite! If you will do whatever it takes to scale Mingout with us, this job is for you.

Responsibilities

Ability to work individually to provide inputs on the product strategy and ensure it is aligned with the company vision

Act as a bridge between the teams

Help identify and solve problems, come up with innovative solutions as and when required on product adoption or growth

Work with the product and growth team to drive the metrics on product adoption, engagement and growth

Skills

High degree of brand awareness and aesthetics

Good understanding of business, planning resources and budgeting

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 

Strong organizational skills, able to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously 

Proficiency in MS office products, including Excel and PowerPoint 

A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed 

A quick learner and full of curiosity

An Ideal person would have had a tech startup preferably based in software and should have handled sales, marketing, tech etc.

Location

Work from home, Gurgaon location preferred (which is where the team operates from, and the geography that the company will be focusing on as the launch market)

Pay

 50-60k/month + performance bonus + ESOPs (to be discussed after 2 months of working)

Career Path

To begin with, the role will focus on mission critical tasks in a fast paced manner, working closely with the founders.
 

With time, The Fixer will build a team of their own to set up the CEO’s office, Project Management Offices (as the Chief of Staff) and internal administrative services, on the lines of TATA Administrative Services.
