A little bit about me

I've been a mental health advocate and provider for more than a year. I'm currently in my last year of Master's in Psychology and have completed my Bachelor's in Applied Psychology. I have touched upon 450+ individuals during the course of my career. I believe in the idea of changing the course of people's life (ever so slightly) through everyday interaction just as they've changed mine.
